Precision Label Kiss Cutting Service
The rotary label press offers a level of precision, consistency and intricacy that is simply not achievable using conventionally cutting formes. The press has been specially adapted to handle self-adhesive paper and filmic products and can accommodate sheets in sizes up to 450x700mm and up to 600microns thick. As the press is sheet-fed we can kiss cut either before or after printing.

The precision ground flexible tools (left image) are an essential element in producing an unrivalled level of accuracy and consistency which, together with the highly intricate shapes that we can accommodate, sets new boundaries for printers.
Our digital cutting machine (centre image) is ideal for one-off or short run labels, without the need for tooling. It can accommodate a sheet size of 610x920mm and material up to 1.5mm thick.
Self-Adhesive Laminating Service
Turn plain material into a self-adhesive sheet or laminate two sheet together
We are now able to offer a sheet laminating service to apply a self-adhesive backing to a wide range of materials. The double sided supertack adhesive sheet used is available in standard sizes up to 700x1000mm and is applied by a cold laminating process to produce a ‘bubble free’ self-adhesive backing with excellent adhesion to a range of surfaces. The laminated product can be guillotined, kiss cut or die cut*.
Our small moq give the opportunity to have bespoke labels produced in the material of your choice. Ideal when design and branding is key!
